Sales success at new housing development

Almost half of new homes at a £6.5 million development in Birchwood have been reserved before construction has been completed.

So far 28 homes, included 23 rented homes and five shared ownership houses on the 66-home Nuvu Birchwood development, have been reserved with the scheme set to complete in mid-2019.

The development in Admirals Road provides a range of two and three-bedroom homes, constructed by MCI Developments Limited in partnership with Warrington Borough Council and Homes England.

Nuvu Living’s Development Director Lorraine Donnelly said:

The development is close to the M6 motorway and minutes from Birchwood train station, which offers a 20-minute train commute to both Liverpool and Manchester. Local amenities such as the Birchwood shopping centre, Asda, Latchford Medical Centre and Birchwood Forest Park.

There are three types of homes and they include fully fitted kitchen units, an integrated energy efficient cooker and hob, fridge freezer, fan assisted oven, washer dryer, walk-in showers and baths, ceramic tiles, ceramic wash basin, blinds and carpet throughout, double glazing, turfed front and rear gardens and parking.
